If your current site was built elsewhere and isn't being maintained, the starting point is a rebuild, not ongoing support on the existing site. That gives us something we can actually stand behind long-term.

How Requests Work
Send a message with what needs to change. An updated phone number, new hours, a photo swap, anything small. Most requests like that are turned around within a few business days, not weeks. For anything bigger than a quick content change, we'll tell you honestly whether it's still a "small change" or actually a bigger project, rather than quietly stretching the scope of ongoing support to cover it.
Security and software updates happen in the background on a regular schedule, without needing you to ask. That's the part of the job you shouldn't have to think about at all.
